To work at HOPE it is recommended that you have first or second hand experience with the mental health system.
Nueva Luz staff are recommended to have at least a year of experience in mental health recovery. This is for both the benefit of the employee and employer. Prospective Nueva Luz employees should apply in person. However, it is wise to call (520) 770-1197 to make sure there are positions open.
Peer Mentors go through a 1-2 week training process before getting on the phone.
